Membership Agreement
(Purpose)
The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and processes required for free membership registration to the Keio Research Showcase website operated by Keio University.
(Membership Registration)
  1. Those wishing to register for membership should read and consent to the terms and conditions listed in this agreement, navigate to the website’s registration form, fill in the required fields, and click submit. After application, membership is officially granted upon approval from Keio University.
  2. Keio University reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for any applicant deemed to pose a potential risk of violating this agreement or seen as opposed to the interests of this association.
(Services)
  1. Members shall be able to use the following services.
    i. Access to member-exclusive pages
    ii. Access to information on the university’s research publications
    iii. Priority access to seminars and workshops organized by the university for members
(Membership Cancellation)
  1. If a member wishes to withdraw their registration, they must fill out the cancellation form listed on this website of their own volition. Their membership will be canceled upon review by the university.
(Privacy Policy)
  1. The university will use the personal information obtained during registration on this website for membership management, communication, providing information, and delivering services.
  2. Members’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Keio University Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information and Keio University Rules to Protect Personal Information. It will not be used for purposes other than those described in the preceding paragraph.
