Introduction

Yingyan Wang conducts research under the theme of “Identity Actualization Management” focusing on the relationship between individuals and organizations. In particular, she is interested in how individuals realize their ideals and values within organizations, and how organizations maintain and transform their own identities.

■ Individual Identity Orientation
Research Objective:
This research investigates how individuals’ identity orientation influences their relationship formation with organizations and shapes their attitudes toward the organization.

■ Organizational Identity Work
Research Objective:
This study explores how organizations engage in identity work to redefine and reconstruct their organizational identity, particularly under conditions of high environmental uncertainty.
