「日本・欧米の知的財産法や特許問題を研究し、技術の特許権保護と制限のバランスを追求。また、サイバー空間とフィジカル空間の融合を基に、少子高齢化や地域格差の課題解決に向けた持続可能な法制度の研究をしています。」
“I study Intellectual Property Law and patent issues of Japan, the United States, and Europe, and pursue a balance between protection and limitation of patent rights for technologies. I also conduct research on sustainable legal systems toward addressing issues of a shrinking and aging society and regional differences based on a fusion of cyberspace and physical space.”
