Basque Literature and Translation

「バスク語は系統不明の少数言語で、20世紀後半に言語復興が進み現代文学が発展しました。私はバスク語文学の翻訳を手がけながら、少数言語文学の成長プロセス、翻訳がもたらす影響をさまざまに分析・研究しています。」
“Basque is a minority language of unknown origin. Its modern literature evolved with the language’s revival in the second half of the 20th century. At the same time as translating Basque literary works, I analyze and examine from various angles the evolutionary process of the literature written in Basque as a minority language and the influence and impact brought by translation.”
