「18世紀フランスの作家ディドロの思想を中心に、「エネルギー」概念の歴史的変遷を研究。神学から自然学、医学へ転位した語意の変遷を精読し、思想史的文脈で神・自然・人間の関係を捉えることをめざしています。」
“I study the historical shifts in the concept of ‘energy’ centered on the thinking of 18th century French writer Diderot. Through close reading of the shift in meaning from theology to natural science and medicine, I aim to frame the relationship between God, nature, and humans in the context of intellectual history.”
