Exposing the Hidden Norms and Assumptions in Accounting

「企業の経済活動を数値化する「会計処理」に含まれる暗黙の前提や規範を明らかにすべく研究をしています。会計の基盤である複式簿記が表現の制約を生み出し、新たな規範や前提の形成に影響を与える点にも関心があります。」
“I undertake research to make clear the unspoken assumptions and norms in accounting, which quantifies a company’s economic activities. I am also interested in the point that double-entry bookkeeping, the foundation of accounting, places limitations on expression and influences the formation of new norms and assumptions.”
