Historical Consideration of Legal Systems That Support “Working”

「労働法と社会保障法の役割分担が生まれた経緯を歴史的に研究。現代は労働環境も一変しワーキングプアや家族責任を抱える人々が増え、「労働」「生活」両分野を超えた支援のあり方が必要だと考えます。将来の法制度の構築を目指しています。」
“I study the chronology behind the separation of roles between labor and social security laws from a historical perspective. Today, the labor environment has changed drastically, with an increase in the working poor and people with family responsibilities. It is necessary to think about support that goes beyond the two areas of work and life. I seek to develop a future legal framework.”
