Public Interest Spending by Profit Corporations

「会社法や非営利法人法を研究しており、特に「株式会社が公益目的の寄付を行う」際の考え方に関心があります。取締役の善管注意義務という観点から、寄付が経済的利益に結びつかない場合において特に、様々な捉え方ができる点が興味深いです。」
“I study the Companies Act and the Act on Promotion of Specified Non-profit Activities, and I am particularly interested in perspectives regarding public-interest donations by stock companies. From the perspective of directors’ duty of care, especially in cases when donations do not contribute to the economic interests of a company, I think it is very profound that we can consider this issue using a variety of perspectives.”
