Tackling the Puzzles in Corporate Finance

「企業内外における情報の非対称性が企業価値や株価下落に与える影響を研究し、REITを用いた分析で情報格差が株価に与える影響を検証しました。REITでは株価下落が抑えられる一方、新たな謎（パズル）も発見しました。」
“I study the impact that information asymmetry between insiders and outsiders of a company has on corporate value and stock price decline. Through analysis using real estate investment trusts (REITs), I verified the impact that information gaps have on stock prices. While the stock price decline is limited for REITs, I also discovered a new mystery (puzzle).”
